Whitening assessment

During the assessment, we map the condition of the teeth and gums for whitening and select the best suited whitening technique.

The service process

A dental hygienist assesses the condition of teeth and gums for the whitening. During the appointment, the initial colour of teeth is determined and an individual assessment is made in order to choose the best whitening method for the customer.

There are many whitening methods available, depending on the customer’s needs: single-treatment whitening, laser whitening, Zoom, at-home whitening or a combination of laser and at-home whitening. The customer is provided with necessary information about the whitening method chosen.

When should I make an appointment for this service?

When whitening is considered as an option and no whitening assessment has been carried out during other care visits.

What should I take into account when making the appointment?

Whitening treatment is not available for customers under 18, as their teeth are not yet fully developed. Whitening is not recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers. Please note that whitening does not work on prosthetic crowns or filling materials.
