I graduated as a dental nurse in Helsinki in 1989. I performed my specialisation studies in Turku during 1993–1995 and graduated as a dental assistant. Later on, the title of dental assistant was changed to dental hygienist.

I have mainly worked at private clinics, so I do not have a lot of experience in children’s dental care, for example.
